I have 32-bit reader on my PCs which are not connected to net. When I download the adobe from get.adobe.com/reader/ it wants to connects to internet. in the setup folder there are no files which I can use to install on remote PCs.

I try to open the .mmpk in ArcGIS Explorer for Windows 10. I had to ask ESRI tech support for where I could download the installer (they pointed my to a blog post). Anyway, I don't know which runtime the latest version of ArcGIS Explorer for Windows 10 uses. 2ff7e9595c
